Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Club Attendant to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining a welcoming environment, and assisting members and guests with their needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for creating a positive experience for all visitors.

Duties

- Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression
- Assist with check-in and membership inquiries using POS systems and other technology tools
- Provide product demonstrations and promote club amenities or services to enhance member engagement
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Upsell club memberships, services, or products to maximize member satisfaction and club revenue
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the club area, including merchandising displays
- Manage phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or booking reservations
- Support event setup and breakdown as needed, ensuring smooth operation of club activities
- Assist with basic troubleshooting of technology or equipment used within the club environment

Skills





- Excellent customer service and communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Experience with retail sales, merchandising, or POS systems is preferred
- Ability to perform cashiering duties with attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
- Demonstrated sales skills, including upselling techniques to promote club offerings
- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive interactions with members and team members
- Ability to work well within a team while managing multiple priorities efficiently
