The Role
We are hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to lead our patient onboarding and care planning process.
This is a high-impact role responsible for guiding patients through their care journey—from their first visit to treatment completion—while recommending appropriate services and health products.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 30-minute Treatment Plan Coordination appointments for all new patients
- Review and discuss patient intake forms
- Educate patients on clinic services and treatment options
- Recommend appropriate care plans (Chiro, Physio, Massage, etc.)
- Recommend health products (Orthotics, Braces, Compression, etc.)
- Coordinate and schedule patient care plans
- Manage product orders, insurance claims, and renewals
- Conduct treatment reviews and re-evaluations
- Ensure a high-quality patient experience from start to finish
Who We’re Looking For
- Background in Kinesiology, Health Sciences, or similar (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable recommending services and products
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment
Compensation & Growth
- $22–$26/hour base pay
