A well-established and growing company is looking for an experienced 310T Truck & Trailer Technician to join its team in Port Perry, ON. If you're a skilled diesel mechanic who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys working on a modern, well-maintained fleet, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) and scheduled servicing on trucks and trailers.
- Complete commercial vehicle inspections in accordance with provincial standards.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel engine systems.
- Troubleshoot faults using diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
- Read and interpret service manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Work independently while collaborating with the maintenance team as needed.

What We're Looking For

- Valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician Licence.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience repairing and maintaining trucks and trailers.




- Experience performing commercial vehicle inspections is considered a strong asset.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with diesel engines, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical schematics.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must provide your own basic set of tools.

Compensation & Benefits

- $40.00–$50.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Employer-paid comprehensive benefits package.

- Overtime paid after 44 hours.

Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- Day shift: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Adaptable scheduling options available.
