Responsibilities

- Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and freshness.
- Craft a variety of beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area, adhering to food safety guidelines at all times.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Serve customers with enthusiasm, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns professionally.
- Manage time efficiently to handle multiple orders during busy periods without compromising quality or speed.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.

Experience





- Previous experience in the food industry or food service environment is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
- Barista experience is a plus—familiarity with brewing equipment and drink customization enhances your ability to excel in this role.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous but training will be provided.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in food preparation and customer interactions.
- Commitment to food safety standards, including proper food handling, sanitation practices, and health regulations.

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
