Che Bono is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic team member to join us during the *Chinatown Festival* on *July 25 & 26*.

This is a temporary, two-day position, ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, delivering great customer service, and working in a fun, fast-paced environment.

*Compensation:* $20–$22/hour (depending on experience)

*Schedule:* Approximately 7–8 hours per day

### Responsibilities

- * Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- * Process orders and operate the POS/cash system.
- * Answer customer questions about our menu and products.
- * Help keep the booth organized, clean, and inviting.
- * Work closely with the Che Bono team throughout the event.

### Requirements

- * Fluent in *English* and *Mandarin and/or Cantonese* (required).
- * Friendly, energetic, and confident interacting with customers.
- * Reliable, punctual,



and able to work in a busy event environment.
- * Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, food service, or events is an asset, but not required.
