THE JOB
Are you highly organized with a keen eye for detail We're looking for a Pension Administrator to join a busy retirement benefits team. In this role, you will process pension enrollments and member changes, enter and maintain accurate records, process contributions and transactions, balance receipts, and maintain confidential documentation. You will also assist with fund transfers, withdrawals, workflow tracking, and special projects while ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and within service standards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, values accuracy, and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.

REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements: A verified clear criminal background check is required.
Previous administrative experience with strong data entry skills and exceptional attention to detail is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required, along with excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Candidates must be comfortable working with confidential financial information and sitting for extended periods throughout the workday. Previous experience in pensions, insurance, or financial services is considered an asset, as is post-secondary education in Business or a related field.
