Orthodontic Receptionist – The Brace Space @ Dartmouth

We're looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our Dartmouth team. You'll be the first smile our patients see and play an important role in creating an exceptional patient experience.
Hours: Mondays 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Thursdays 7:30 am to 4:00 pm and Fridays 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet patients and families.
- Manage appointment scheduling.
- Answer phones and patient inquiries.
- Perform general reception and administrative duties.

- Has a positive, friendly personality.
- Can multitask and stay organized in a busy clinic.
- Is a team player with excellent communication skills.
