Position Overview
As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing accurate service recommendations, clear communication, and timely follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
- Prepare service estimates and explain recommended repairs and maintenance
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Process repair orders and ensure accurate billing
- Promote maintenance services and dealership programs
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and CSI scores
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor (automotive dealership experience preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced, high-volume environment
- Knowledge of automotive service processes and terminology
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
