Hourly Rate: $35.00-$40.00

Key Responsibilities:

- Service equipment (furnaces, air conditioners, hot water tanks, etc.)
- Educate customers on the operation of their equipment
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Professional interactions and communication with customers
- Perform maintenance on residential HVAC systems
- Test repair equipment for proper performance
- Keep detailed and accurate maintenance reports and documentation.
- Maintain a working knowledge of changes in technology, compliance and repair techniques

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience working with HVAC systems
- Previous service experience
- Valid trade ticket (Gasfitter, sheet metal, refrigeration)
- Must have a working comprehension of custom homes and renovations





Other required qualifications:

- Valid class 5 drivers license with a clean commercial driving record
- WHMIS
- CSTS
- TDG
