Job Summary

Living Grace Home Care & Wellness Inc. is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide one-on-one nursing support for a pediatric client in a home care setting.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support a wonderful family while providing consistent, personalized care. Pediatric experience is an asset, but a willingness to learn is equally valued, and client-specific training will be provided.

This position currently offers three daytime shifts every other week from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Preferred days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; however, there is flexibility with the days of the week based on availability and fit.

We are looking for a nurse who values reliability, continuity of care, and building meaningful connections with the families they support.

Duties

Responsibilities may include:

- Providing safe, compassionate, and individualized pediatric nursing care within the home
- Monitoring and assessing the client’s condition and responding appropriately to changes
- Supporting enteral feeding through G-tube and following established care routines
- Medication administration and documentation as required
- Following the child’s individualized care plan and physician-directed orders
- Maintaining accurate nursing documentation
- Providing emotional support and building a positive relationship with the child and family
- Collaborating with the family and Living Grace team to ensure consistent, high-quality care




- Maintaining client dignity, safety, and comfort at all times

Requirements

- Current registration in good standing as an RN or RPN with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Comfortable providing care to pediatric clients or willing to develop pediatric nursing skills
- Experience with G-tubes, pediatric care, or complex care needs is considered an asset; however, training will be provided
- Reliable, responsible, and committed to consistent attendance
- Strong communication skills and a family-centered approach to care
- Ability to work independently while following established care plans and nursing standards
- Willingness to learn directly from the family and participate in client-specific training
- Current CPR certification
- Vulnerable Sector Check required

Pay: $35.00-$43.00 per hour
