Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude across multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with order processing, account management, billing questions, and troubleshooting issues.
- Utilize data entry skills to update customer records accurately and efficiently in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to enhance the customer experience.




- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and rapport with diverse customers.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze common issues and suggest improvements for service delivery.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service or related roles; sales experience is a plus.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly preferred; multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond clearly.
- Analysis skills to identify trends, resolve issues effectively, and recommend solutions.
- Knowledge of sales techniques including upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette standards and customer service best practices.
