You will oversee sales strategies, convert leads into clients, and ensure the team meets monthly and quarterly sales quotas for services like injectables, weight loss programs, and skincare treatments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the sales team to hit quotas.
- Track, follow up, and convert leads into clients.
- Conduct consultations and recommend treatments.
- Collaborate on promotions and campaigns.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of med spa sales and management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

Pay: $70,000.00-$159,147.60 per year
