We're looking for a Director of Business Development professional to grow our commercial and strata roofing portfolio. If you're a relationship-builder who understands the Vancouver construction market and wants to represent a company known for quality and integrity, this is your opportunity.
What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue new commercial, strata, and multi-family roofing opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers, consultants, developers, and general contractors
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close
- Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations aligned with company capabilities
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth project handoff and client satisfaction
- Achieve revenue targets with a performance-based bonus structure
What You Bring
- Experience in commercial roofing, construction,
or a related industry
- Proven track record in business development or sales
- Strong knowledge of Vancouver's commercial and strata property market
- Ability to read plans and understand roofing specifications
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Lower Mainland
Compensation
- $90,000 base salary + performance bonus based on revenue + company vehicle
- Full-time, stable employment with an established company
