Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic financial team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support business decisions. Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
- Perform bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of accounts.
- Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and collections.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
- Conduct financial auditing to assess the accuracy of financial records.
- Analyze accounts and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and PeopleSoft for efficient record-keeping.
- Support corporate finance activities including budgeting and forecasting.




- Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and reporting.

Skills

- Proficiency in bank reconciliation and accounts receivable management.
- Experience with financial services and corporate finance principles.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing practices.
- Familiarity with financial auditing techniques and account analysis.
- Competence in using accounting software such as QuickBooks and Yardi Breeze.
