International trading company (wholesale distributor) is looking for a B2B Merchandiser Service Coordinator who is passionate about providing excellent customer service to our clients and who will maintain and increase customer satisfaction. Training offered. You will work in collaboration with the planography team to plan to ensure that the products are adequate for the different store formats.

You will liaise with a Sales Representative and work closely with our Manager, our office and warehouse teams.

Main Responsibilities:

- Respond to existing and prospective inquiries to house accounts, customers and Sales Representative.
- Ensure merchandise is displayed appropriately and strategically with proper signage and shelf placement.
- Manage, update and build planogram display programs and store mapping
- Set up, replenish and maintain store displays.
- Manage promotional activities: display truck, show room, customer marketing events
- Bring issues and discrepancies to the attention of the Sales Representative and Manager.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience (2-5 years) with B2B Customer service, inbound sales roles
- Previous experience in Retail hardware and/ or Engineering,

- Must be bilingual and be proficient in French and English
- Good knowledge of MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Perform function with a sense of purpose and a degree of urgency.
- Creates a positive work environment by demonstrating and sharing functional/technical knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork.

- 9 am to 5 pm
- 65% on field, 35% on-site in office
- Comply with company policies and procedures
