As an Addiction Support Worker at iRecover, you will contribute to the residential treatment of individuals with chronic substance use disorders. Night Shift Support Workers supervise and interact with clients from diverse backgrounds, as well as fulfil various secondary responsibilities.
Duties
- Supervise participants to ensure adherence to facility rules and regulations
- Offer emotional support as needed
- Report rule-breaking observed to counsellors during morning shift change
- Conduct hourly rounds throughout the building
- Provide wake-up calls for participants
- Complete a shift summary
- Prepare continental breakfast
- Stock kitchenette
