Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leasing activities, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting property operations and fostering positive relationships with prospective and current tenants.

Duties

- Greet prospective tenants and conduct property tours to showcase available units
- Manage leasing processes, including application screening, lease signing, and move-in coordination
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating property management systems
- Handle tenant inquiries via phone,in person and online with professional office etiquette
- Upsell additional services or amenities to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
- Work closely with the property management and maintenance teams
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and prospects

Requirements

- Proven experience in property leasing, property management,



or real estate administrative roles
- Proficiency with property management software systems
- Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette and conflict management abilities
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and experience in upselling amenities or services
- Office experience including data entry, filing, and administrative support functions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and documentation
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for representing the property brand

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
