Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items, and ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and food safety. Duties

- Prepare and assemble ingredients for cooking, including chopping, slicing, and measuring
- Cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as marinating, portioning, and plating dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Follow all food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of ingredients and prepared foods




- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by efficiently managing meal preparation
- Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service

Experience

- Prior food service experience is preferred, especially in restaurant or kitchen environments
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Experience working in the food industry or restaurant setting is highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong understanding of serving protocols and customer service expectations in a food service setting

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
