Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, attentive Restaurant Server to provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced dining environment during weekend evenings and some week day evenings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn about Ukrainian food service. As a key member of our team, you will ensure guests enjoy a memorable dining experience through attentive service, accurate order taking, and productive food delivery. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills in the food industry while creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales




- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments via cashiering systems
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout shifts
- Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience desired but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Availability of reliable transportation
