Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating machinery, assembling products, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings.

Responsibilities

- Operate various manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently, including forklifts and power tools when trained
- Assist with assembly of products using hand tools and mechanical knowledge
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)




- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Skills

- Prior experience with manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse operations preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.

Pay: $18.60 per hour
