What You'll Do
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text
- Guide customers through the purchasing process from initial inquiry to final sale
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best building solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written) is a BONUS
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident and professional phone presence
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Compensation
This is a commission-only position.
Successful representatives can expect to earn:
- $75,000 - $150,000+ in their first year
- Top performers have the potential to earn substantially more
Your income is directly tied to your performance, with no cap on earnings.
