What You’ll Be Doing

- Operate CNC boring mills and large-format CNC machines
- Work with large steel components, weldments, and fabricated parts
- Perform machine setups and prepare jobs for production
- Run established programs and make basic machine adjustments as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings
- Use precision measuring tools including micrometers, depth mics, and gauges
- Maintain part quality and dimensional accuracy throughout production
- Safely move large components using an overhead crane
- Support production requirements across the shop as needed

What We’re Looking For

- CNC machining experience in a manufacturing or job shop environment
- Experience with milling machines or boring mills preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience using precision measuring tools
- Comfortable performing setups and running jobs independently
- Overhead crane experience is required
- Comfortable working with large, heavy steel components
- Reliable, practical, and quality-focused approach to machining

Nice to Have

- Experience with CNC boring mills or horizontal mills
- Experience machining large weldments or plate work




- Exposure to macro edits or basic program adjustments
- Experience in heavy machining or fabrication environments

Schedule Options

:- Friday to Sunday

- 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM- Work 36 hours, paid for 40- Monday to Friday - 8-hour shifts- Monday to Thursday - 10-hour shiftsSchedule structure will be discussed during the interview process based on experience, shop requirements, and operational needs.
