Job Title: Moving Crew / Mover & Packer

Location: Richmond, BC (Dispatch point) & Metro Vancouver (Job sites)

Position Type: Full-time / Part-time

We are hiring physically fit, careful, and responsible Moving Crew / Movers & Packers to join our team in Richmond, BC. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on, physical work, value teamwork, and maintain a great customer service attitude in a rapid-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

Packing & Protection: Professionally wrap, pack, and protect customers' furniture, electronics, and valuables using specialized materials (e.g., moving blankets, shrink wrap, crating) before transit.

Loading & Unloading: Safely and efficiently lift and load items onto moving trucks, utilizing tools like dollies and straps to secure cargo and prevent damage during transit.

On-site Placement & Assembly: Deliver cargo to the destination, carry items to designated rooms, and provide basic furniture disassembly and reassembly services.

Warehouse Assistance: Help with inventory checks, organizing, loading/unloading containers, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with drivers and crewmates, following safety guidelines to complete daily moving jobs smoothly.

Job Requirements

Experience:



Previous experience in moving, logistics, warehousing, or manual labor is preferred (inexperienced candidates with a great attitude are welcome; training will be provided).

Physical Requirements: Physically strong and fit; able to perform heavy lifting and continuous physical labor daily.

Work Attitude:Meticulous and responsible—treating customers’ belongings with the utmost care; disciplined and a strong team player.

Languages: Basic English communication skills (able to understand work instructions). Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a strong asset.

Bonus Asset: A valid BC Driver’s License or experience driving a 5-ton moving truck is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: Competitive Hourly Wage + Tips

Schedule: Flexible shift scheduling (mainly Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts required)

Benefits: Full-time positions include a medical benefits package after the probationary period.
