We are looking for a well experienced Food Services Manager (Night) for Petite Thuet located at 235 Carlaw Avenue, #101 Toronto, ON M4M 2S1, Canada.

JOB DUTIES:

● Plan, organize, and manage daily evening and night food service operations at the bakery.● Supervise and coordinate bakery, kitchen, service, and support staff during evening, night, weekend, and overtime shifts.● Set staff work schedules, assign duties, monitor attendance, and ensure adequate staffing coverage for night operations.● Evaluate daily operations and ensure food service, production, packaging, customer service, and order fulfillment standards are maintained.● Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, train staff, and conduct performance reviews as required.● Organize and maintain inventory of bakery products, ingredients, packaging, kitchen supplies, and cleaning materials.● Ensure health, safety, sanitation, food handling, and workplace standards are followed during all night operations.● Monitor product quality,



waste control, labour needs, and operational costs to support productive business operations.● Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure food, ingredients, and other supplies are available for production and service needs.● Support special bakery orders, catering requests, and event-related production where required.● Prepare shift reports and communicate operational updates, staffing issues, inventory needs, and service concerns to management.● May perform other related food service management duties as reasonably assigned by management.

Prerequisites:

Education: ​​Bachelor’s degree in hospitality administration/ management or a related field or equivalent experienceExperience & Skills: ​5 years or more of relevant food service, bakery, hospitality industry.

Language :​​English

Pay: $36.16-$38.16 per hour
