Real Estate Agent Content Creator – Claude & AI Digital Twins

Social4Agents helps real estate agents across the US and Canada build their local brand through done-for-you social media management. We're looking for a content creator fluent in Claude who can also build AI Digital Twins — using tools like Higgsfield and Sundance — to power our monthly content library: content ideas, carousels, downloadable guides, newsletters, and AI-generated video content.

What you'll do

- Develop monthly content ideas, carousels, downloadable guides, and newsletters for our content library, used across all agent subscribers.
- Use Claude as your primary AI tool to generate content ideas, captions, guide copy, newsletter content, and video/reel scripts.
- Build and maintain AI Digital Twins for agent content using HeyGen, Higgsfield, Sundance, and similar platforms.
- Collaborate with our design and programming teams to keep content on-brand and ready for our platform (no graphic design background required).
- This role does not manage or post to individual agents' social media accounts — that's handled by our dedicated VA team.

What you'll need

- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media content creation or content marketing.
- Hands-on,



daily-use proficiency with Claude — this is a core requirement, not a nice-to-have.
- Experience creating AI Digital Twins / AI clones using Higgsfield, Sundance, HeyGen, Argil, or similar platforms.
- Solid Canva experience.
- Strong writing skills for guides, newsletters, and captions.
- Based in Canada.

Definite assets

- Experience using Claude to write video or reel scripts specifically for AI Digital Twin/avatar content.
- Real estate agent experience, or general knowledge of the real estate industry.

Extra advantage

- Experience in social media marketing, SEO, or growing a startup subscription business is a huge benefit — this role has real influence on the content driving our subscriber growth.

Compensation & schedule

- $40.00 CAD/hour, freelance / permanent part-time.
- 12–15 hours/week to start, with room to grow as our client base grows.
- Will grow into more hours based on subscription growth.
- Monthly commission bonuses available, based on the number of active agent subscribers.
- Fully remote.
