ServiceMaster Restore of Edmonton requires an Emergency Restoration Technician to join our team!

Position Overview

As an Emergency Restoration Technician you will complete demolition, cleaning, emergency flood services, restorative drying, fire and smoke damage restoration.

Responsibilities

- Conduct demolition after fire or flood
- Remove carpets, carpet pads, drywall, insulation and other materials from job site
- Haul debris from job site to truck, as well as, moving customer's personal items away from work area
- Set up and move dehumidifiers , air movers, and specialty mitigation equipment to and from work site
- Participate in 24 hour on call rotation and respond with a maximum sense of urgency
- Some evening and weekend hours are necessary as we are a 24/7 disaster response company

Qualifications

- High School Diploma
- Must have a valid Class 5 driver's license and willingness to drive range of company vehicles
- Must have ability to life up to 50lbs
- Must be able to be scheduled for oncall/after hours work
- Minimum 1 year general labour experience in construction or home/business restoration
- CSTS certification required
- Fall Protection, Arial Plaforms,



IICRC Fire and/or Water courses, and Standard First Aid certifications preferred but not required
