Stonewall Estates is a family-owned winery that focuses on great customer experiences and integrating rustic elements with elegant details. In addition to a la carte service for our winery lounge we also host weddings, corporate, and other events throughout the year. We pride ourselves on creating high quality culinary experiences and events.
Line Cook
We’re currently hiring for our kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food for events as well as our Wine Room.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food for a la carte service and events
- Ensure all prepared food is created and served with high quality
- Support and guide other staff to success
- Maintain a secure and clean environment within the kitchen and grounds
Requirements
- Varied Level of experience based on role (1+ years of culinary experience minimum)
- Knowledge in baking and pastry is considered an asset
- Upscale / Fine Dining experience
- Experience in both banquet style events and a la carte service preferred
- Knowledge of food and wine pairings is a bonus (bonus for Niagara Wine knowledge)
- Passion for locally farmed produce and/or interest in cultivating onsite seasonal produce is a bonus

Pay
- Pay is dependant on experience - starting at $19 and going up from there based on experience.
