About the Position

As our Front Office Dispatch & Guest Services Assistant, you'll be one of the first people our guests meet and one of the key people ensuring our daily operations run safely and efficiently.

Your role combines dispatch support, guest services, retail sales, office cleanliness and assisting in day-to-day office operations. No two days are exactly the same, making this a rewarding position for someone who enjoys variety and responsibility.

What You'll Do

Dispatch & Operations

- Assist with daily helicopter dispatch duties.
- Maintain accurate helicopter and cat skiing location logs.
- Monitor radio communications throughout the day.
- Support emergency response procedures and rescue coordination when required.
- Ensure guest emergency contact information and beacon records are current and accessible.

Retail & Office

- Assist guests with retail purchases.




- Operate the Lightspeed Point of Sale system.
- Maintain tidy and attractive retail displays.
- Answer phones when needed and direct inquiries professionally.

Guest Services

- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in.
- Help tag guest baggage and prepare arrivals and departures.
- Help prepare food and refreshments for transfer days.
- Prepare vehicles before guests come down after their trip
- Maintain a warm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere.

Daily Operations

- Keep the guest lounge, retail area, bathrooms, and front office clean and organized.
- Ensure walkways remain clear of snow.
- Assist with food purchasing for transfer days and potentially supply runs as needed.
- Assist with food, guest, and staff transfers when needed.

Experience We'd Love to See

- Previous radio experience
- Hospitality, tourism, or guest service experience.
- Retail or customer service experience.
- Experience using POS systems (Lightspeed is a bonus).




- Comfortable using Google Workspace and standard office software.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence and experience driving on winter roads is an asset.

Requirements

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
- Sign an averaging agreement.
