Job Title : IT Support Engineer (L2)

Role Overview : The IT Support Engineer (L2) provides advanced technical support and resolves incidents escalated from the service desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve complex endpoint and Microsoft 365 issues.

• Administer Active Directory and Entra ID.

• Manage device policies through Intune.

• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.

• Assist in security patching and compliance activities.

• PowerShell basics

Education & Experience : 6 years IT support experience. Microsoft certifications preferred.
