Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed, professional, and client-focused Medical Technician to join our team at a high-end aesthetic spa. In this role, you will support medical and cosmetic treatments, assist with minimally invasive procedures, manage equipment, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness and beauty, excellent interpersonal skills, and a robust understanding of medical aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist medical providers with aesthetic procedures such as microneedling, laser treatments, and body contouring.
- Prepare clients for treatments and explain procedures clearly and compassionately.
- Operate and maintain advanced medical and aesthetic equipment (e.g., IPL, Lasers, Radiofrequency Devices, Bodisculpt, Skin Tightening, Embodisculpt, Hydrafacials, TeslaMed, Nano Fractional).
- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are sanitized and compliant with health and safety protocols.
- Document patient histories, treatment plans, and post-procedure care accurately and confidentially.
- Monitor patient responses during and after procedures, reporting any concerns to the supervising provider.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and reorder as needed.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-care treatment instructions and general skincare maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Certification in Esthetician/Aesthetics (required)
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Full-time and Part-time position
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a genuine interest in health, wellness, and beauty
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
