About the Role





As an Aerospace Quality Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining and continuously improving our Quality Management System. You will support internal and external audits, investigate quality issues, lead corrective actions, perform root cause analysis, maintain controlled documentation, and partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen quality, compliance, and operational performance.

You will be a key contributor in building a proactive quality culture where problems are solved collaboratively and continuous improvement is part of everyday operations.

The Ideal Candidate

You are a proactive and analytical quality professional who enjoys understanding complex processes and finding practical solutions. You take ownership, communicate effectively, and enjoy working with different teams to achieve common goals.

You bring:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in aerospace quality, MRO, aerospace manufacturing, or another highly regulated industry
- A diploma or degree in Aircraft Maintenance, Aerospace, Quality Assurance, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field

* The position requires a very good knowledge of English, both oral and written. The position involves reading and understanding technical documents in English on a daily basis, especially from international companies, as well as regular communication with customers, suppliers and other international stakeholders.
