Duties

- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on various vehicle systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
- Conduct maintenance tasks including oil changes, brake replacements, tire rotations, and fluid checks to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Repair and service heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and other industrial machinery using schematics and technical manuals.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot electrical issues, engine problems, or hydraulic system failures across diverse equipment types.
- Operate heavy machinery safely during repairs or inspections, including excavators, cranes, or farm machinery as needed.
- Follow safety protocols for heavy lifting, welding, electrical work,



and use of industrial equipment to maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs and maintenance recommendations to enhance customer service experience.

Qualifications

- Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a strong foundation in mechanical systems.
- Hands-on experience working with heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, or farm machinery is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals related to automotive and industrial equipment.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and maintenance machinery.
- Mechanical knowledge encompassing electrical systems, HVAC components, and general automotive repair techniques.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during repairs.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with transparent communication abilities to explain technical issues effectively.
