Responsibilities

- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the workshop area to ensure a safe and tidy environment
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing tools, equipment, and materials
- Support team members with basic tasks such as moving supplies or setting up workstations
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to visitors and clients arriving at the shop
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of workspaces, including sweeping, trash removal, and surface cleaning




- Support inventory management by helping track supplies and tools as needed

Qualifications

- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and customers
- Prior experience in a workshop or retail environment is a plus but not required
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to shop environments is desirable
- Customer service mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
