Duties

- Ensure a comfortable experience for all guests.
- Clear dishes and clean tables.
- Maintain cleanliness and service standards.
- Restock food and beverage stations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the lounge area, including tables, floors, counters, and service stations through regular cleaning and sanitizing
- Interact with guests professionally and politely.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and ensure timely restocking of food stations.
- Provide attentive guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health regulations and safety standards in all aspects of service.




- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management to ensure the lounge is well-equipped at all times.
- General cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning tables and washing dishes.

Qualifications

- Similar experience in food service, restaurant, hotel or hospitality roles. Prior lounge experience is a plus.
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Knowledge of food preparation, serving techniques, and food safety protocols.
- Experience with cleaning routines related to food service environments.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences

You must posess a valid smart serve certification or be willing to obtain.

Pay: From $20.41 per hour
