We are seeking a dependable and customer-oriented Retail Store Assistant to join our truck parts store. The successful candidate will assist customers, manage inventory, and support day-to-day store operations. Punjabi-speaking candidates are required to effectively communicate with our customer base.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing truck parts and accessories.

- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.

- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.

- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders.

- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure shelves are well stocked.

- Process sales using the POS system.

- Keep the store clean, organized, and safe.

- Assist with deliveries, pickups,



and other store-related tasks as required.

- Support warehouse operations when needed.

Requirements

- Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence (mandatory).

- Must be fluent in Punjabi and English.

- Previous retail, warehouse, automotive, or truck parts experience is an asset.

- Knowledge of truck parts is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Basic computer and POS system knowledge.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a quick-paced environment.
