Breka Bakery Group is looking for Production Workers to join our Sandwich production team!

We are seeking individuals who wants to work MORNING/EVENING shift, and OVERNIGHT shift, 4 to 5 days a week, INCLUDING WEEKENDS, in our Sandwich making team.
Experience is unnecessary, but having some food production work experience in commercial settings would be great!
We make many sandwiches in a small team in our central kitchen. Must have a positive attitude to follow directions, be a good team worker, and have a passion for producing high-quality products within the scheduled time!

WORK LOCATION:

8811 Laurel Street, Vancouver

SHIFT HOURS:
We have 3 shifts available.

Full time 30-40hours/week, 4-5days/week
1) MORNING shift: 6 or 6:30am to 2 or 2:30pm
2) EVENING shift: 2 or 3pm to 10 or 11pm
3) OVERNIGHT shift: 10:30pm to 6:30am *Overnight shift wage apply

Being available for BOTH 1) & 2) shifts is ideal, except for overnight staff. The overnight shift 3) meant committing to work the overnight shift only.

*End time varies depending on production volume. May end earlier when it's not busy, overtime when it's busy.
*Must be available ALL WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS.
*Shifts may change weekly, OPEN Availability is preferred!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Making several kinds of sandwiches following the recipes
- All prep for making sandwiches, such as Washing, cutting, and prepping vegetables




- Mixing sauce using commercial mixers, Slicing meat, Baking some ingredients
- General cleaning and tidying of workstation

REQUIREMENTS:
- Hard-working and high energy are a must
- Reliable & Punctual to show up all scheduled shift
- Positive attitude and ability to take direction well
- Self-motivated and can work independently but in a team as well
- Understand work efficiency well and strive to improve productivity
- Passionate about producing high-quality products consistently

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Wage range:
1) & 2) $19.50-$24/hr
3) $21.50-$25.50/hr
- Wage increase based on your performance
- 4 months Probation period
- Extended health benefits are available after the probation period
