We’re looking for a hands-on, get-it-done Warehouse & Fulfillment Specialist who takes pride in hard work, efficiency, and doing things right the first time.

This is an in-house role for someone who shows up ready to work, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and thrives in a fast-paced, physical environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

As a Warehouse & Fulfillment Specialist, you will be actively involved in all day-to-day warehouse operations, including:

- Processing orders accurately and efficiently
- Picking, packing, and preparing shipments
- Receiving and organizing incoming inventory
- Maintaining accurate inventory counts and organization
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and functional at all times
- Supporting inventory tracking and reporting
- Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries
- Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) for fulfillment and logistics
- Working alongside the team to ensure deadlines are met
- Jumping in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For





- 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar hands-on role
- Strong understanding of warehouse flow and organization
- Forklift license (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable using basic systems (Excel, Outlook, inventory systems)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Reliable, accountable, and self-motivated
- A problem-solver who takes initiative
- Strong work ethic — willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
- Able to work in a fast-paced, physically active workplace
- Team player with a positive attitude

Work Location

This is an in-person role based in Mississauga, Ontario.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.50-$23.00 per hour
