We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts, handling materials, loading and unloading shipments, and supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining safety and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

- Operate forklifts (Counterbalance, Reach, Walkie, or Order Picker) safely and efficiently.

- Load, unload, move, and store materials and products.

- Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.

- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse records.

- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.

- Conduct daily forklift inspections and report maintenance issues.

- Maintain a clean, organized,



and safe warehouse environment.

- Follow company policies and health and safety regulations.

- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Forklift Operator or Warehouse Associate.

- Valid forklift certification (Counterbalance, Reach, or other applicable licence) is preferred.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

- Experience with shipping, receiving, order picking, and inventory management.

- Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) are an asset.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

- Willingness to work overtime or shift work when required.
