We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Business/Functional Analyst to support ongoing PeopleSoft HCM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

● Execution of standard deliverables applicable to all facets of the system development lifecycle i.e., from requirements gathering to deployment.

● Creation of detailed project documentation – BRD, Business Process Maps, Functional Specs, Functional Design Documents, Testing Matrices, Training Documentation etc.

Required Qualifications

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM Business Analyst experience.

● Solid business analysis experience.

● Experience working with public sector and/or higher education institutions

● Experience with at least three of the following PeopleSoft HCM modules:

○ Core HR

○ Base Benefits and/or eBenefits

○ Position Management

○ Time and Labor

○ Payroll

Pay: $80.00-$100.00 per hour
