Challenges:
- Promote and ensure a safe work environment with employee's participation
- Plan, prioritize, coordinate, supervise, and review the activities in assigned areas
- Fuel Yard / Chipping / Ground Wood
- Control operational activities while respecting environmental targets
- Ensures that unloading of Biomass and Chips are done in a safe and productive manor
- Coordinate and organize priorities effectively
- Continually assess operational parameters with target KPI intervals
- Work with operation employees to optimize costs, maintain desired quality
- Ensure operation stability
- Training and development of team members

Requirements:
- Degree / Trade: Preferably in technical, mechanical, or forestry discipline
- 5 years plus of supervisory experience in production or manufacturing environment
- Any other combination of training and relevant experience may be considered
- Bilingualism is an asset (French and English)
