Role

- Read specifications of blueprints, drawings and welding symbols.
- Complete Work Order (W.O.) specifications
- Complete daily job tasks by end of shift
- Quality welds, clean crisp welds with zero spatter and welded in right orientation.
- Following and completing checklists with each product.
- Ensure you are adhering to all Safety and Health rules.




- Ensure you are receptive to training and certified in all facets of the job and can perform tasks at a high level.
- Fulfill expectations, maintain accountability, follow expected attendance.
- Ensure the department is always clean and organized.
- Participate in maintenance of tools.

Pay:

- No experience: Starting pay is $21.50 /hr
- 3 + Years experience: Starting pay is $26.00 /hr
- Growth Opportunities: Up to $32.00 /hr
- Overtime Available!
