Glamour Secrets Avalon Mall is looking for talented, passionate hairstylists to join our Hair Lounge team!

Our Hair Lounge combines qualified salon services with the convenience and energy of one of Newfoundland's busiest shopping destinations. You'll have the opportunity to build your clientele while working alongside an experienced beauty team in a fun, fashion-forward environment.

Whether you're an experienced stylist looking for a fresh start or you're ready to take your career to the next level, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Perform professional hair services including:

- Haircuts
- Blowouts
- Colour services
- Highlights
- Balayage
- Hair treatments
- Styling
- Provide personalized consultations and recommend services tailored to each guest.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create an outstanding salon experience.
- Recommend professional haircare products to help clients maintain their results at home.
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional workstation.
- Work collaboratively with the Glamour Secrets team to create an exceptional guest experience.
- Build lasting client relationships while growing your own loyal clientele.
- Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities.

Qualifications

- Licensed Hairstylist.
- Minimum 3 years of salon experience preferred.
- Strong cutting, colouring and styling skills.
- Passion for creating beautiful hair and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Friendly, positive and professional attitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.




- Reliable, motivated and team-oriented.
- Available to work evenings and weekends as required.
