Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager Sales to join our retail management team. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance, leading store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid background in retail sales, and excellent communication abilities. Bilingual proficiency and supervisory experience are highly valued but not necessary to effectively manage diverse teams and engage with a broad customer base. Duties

- Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies
- Drive sales through effective merchandising, pricing strategies, and promotional activities
- Cash handling,
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their sales skills and customer service capabilities
- Oversee inventory purchasing, store merchandising, and POS system management to optimize product presentation
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clientele
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and foster a positive team environment
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Oversee pricing adjustments,



and monitor sales targets to meet business objectives
- Maintain organizational standards for cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations

Experience

- Proven supervisory experience in retail sales or store management with a track record of achieving sales goals
- Strong background in merchandising, pricing strategies, and POS systems operation
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse customer demographics effectively
- Experience in recruiting, training & development, payroll processing, and administrative tasks such as bookkeeping is desirable
- Demonstrated proficiency in communication skills, time management, organizational skills, and phone etiquette
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and customer service best practices is essential
- Prior experience with budgeting, sales management, store management, and supervising staff will be advantageous
