Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
- Take and process customers' orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Provide exceptional guest services throughout the dining experience
Qualifications
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Experience in cash handling and debit/credit machines preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Prior experience in food service industry is advantageous
