Matsqui Ag-Repair, based in Abbotsford BC, is a full-service dealership/distributor for JCB, McHale, TYM, SILOKING, McCormick, and Kuhn farm equipment. We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our growing sales team.

As a Sales Consultant, you'll build long-lasting relationships with customers and lead the sales process. This includes managing proposals, quotes, and cost-estimating implementation of equipment. You'll be rewarded for your performance through a commission-based compensation plan, providing additional earning opportunities as you grow your sales success.

Job Duties:

- Develop and promote Matsqui Ag-Repair's products and services in a specified territory
- Understand customers' operational needs and recommend agricultural equipment based on those needs
- Lead all aspects of the sales process including; proposals, quotes, preparing financing, and cost-estimating implementation of equipment
- Build professional and long-lasting customer relationships
- Follow up through the buying cycle
- Identify and acquire new customers from an assigned territory, and/or a set of names and prospects
- Accurately record leads and sales in our CRM software




- Work closely with others in the business to achieve high levels of customer service

Required Skills:

- Minimum 2 years of experience selling agricultural equipment, construction equipment, heavy trucks, commercial vehicles, or similar equipment (Required)
- Strong knowledge of agricultural brands, equipment, and implements is an asset
- Knowledge of the sales process
- Experience using CRM software to record customer information and sales progress
- High-level of customer service within a sales context
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation:

- $50,000 base salary plus performance-based commission and manufacturer bonus programs, offering strong earning potential.
