The Role: As a Line Cook at Glitch, you’re more than just a cook—you’re a flavour artist, a plating perfectionist, and a vital part of the guest experience. You’ll keep things moving in our quick-paced kitchen, turning out dishes that are consistent, crave-worthy, and available gluten-free. Sound like your kind of gig? Let’s talk.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Crushing the Line: Prepare and plate menu items with speed, accuracy, and care
- Dialed-In Details:



Follow recipes to a T and execute each dish with consistency and love
- Keeping It Clean: Maintain a spotless, safe, and organized station at all times
- Stay Fresh: Rotate and label ingredients properly, use FIFO, and avoid waste
- Rock Solid Communication: Work as part of a kitchen team that keeps things smooth and drama-free
- Gluten-Free Mastery: Adhere to strict gluten-free protocols
- Own Your Zone: You take pride in your station, your output, and your hustle

What We’re Looking For:

- 1+ year experience in a commercial kitchen
- Food Safe certified (or willing to obtain)
- Passionate about food and hospitality
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Friendly, reliable, and ready to roll when the heat’s on
- Must be 18+ and available evenings, weekends & holidays
- Strong knowledge or willingness to learn gluten-free procedures

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
