Inside Sales Agent (Real Estate)
We're looking for a motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to generate leads, qualify prospects, and book appointments for our real estate team.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads and past clients
- Qualify leads and nurture relationships
- Schedule appointments for buyers and sellers
- Update CRM and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Experience with real estate outbound calling and appointment setting
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and CRM experience preferred
