Role Description

This is a full-time with a competitive salary role for an Outside Sales Representative, based in east end of GTA. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying recent business opportunities, promoting company products and meeting sales targets. This role involves regular travel to meet existing clients, provide product consultations, deliver training, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Additionally, this individual should be self motivated and capable to work under limited supervision.

Qualifications

· Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and foster client relationships

· Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management,



including meeting and exceeding sales targets

· Capability to provide Training for clients on products and services

· Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills

· Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales management tools is advantageous

· Ability to make cold calls to generate new business while supporting existing customer database

Required Experience

· 2+ Years previous outside sales experience (building materials, forestry, lumber, or industrial sales preferred)

· Post-secondary education in business, sales, or a related field considered an asset

- Valid Class G Driver’s Licence

· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
