Childcare Facility Manager
Next Level Childcare – Abbotsford, BC

Next Level Childcare is looking for a passionate and motivated Childcare Facility Manager to lead our multi-program centre in Abbotsford. This is a full-time position, with the potential to become a permanent role once the leave coverage period is complete. Compensation listing includes Wage Enhancement and is based on experiences, qualifications and overall fit for the role.

We are seeking an enthusiastic educator who is committed to high-quality early learning and strong team leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting staff, building relationships with families, and ensuring the centre operates smoothly while maintaining a nurturing and engaging environment for children.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the childcare centre
- Support and mentor educators to maintain a high-quality early learning environment
- Manage staff scheduling and team coordination
- Oversee enrolment processes and maintain strong relationships with families
- Support program planning and curriculum development across classrooms
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and company policies
- Maintain effective communication with families, staff, and leadership

Qualifications





- Minimum ECEA certification (Early Childhood Educator Assistant)
- Valid First Aid certification
- Criminal Record Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education field
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
