Essential Job Duties:

- Provide the Right Customer Experience to all customers
- Be able to process orders over the phone, take deposits and do transfers when necessary
- Be a quick learner to be able to understand and sell after-market accessories




- Be sales orientated by knowing the product and asking for the sale
- Be a team player that works well with others to achieve a team sales target
- Look for opportunities for up-selling
- Advises customer on substitution or modification of part when part requested is not available.
- Booking appointments
- Attention to detail is necessary
- Must be able to work in a call center setting doing inbound customer service over the phone
- Experience in parts or automotive is considered an asset
- Bilingualism considered an asset
